User Agreement

I certify under penalty of perjury that I alone will study the Fun Time Traffic School course materials and take the review quizzes and tests without any outside assistance. I understand that if it is determined that I have not completed Fun Time Traffic School without outside assistance, make false statements or present falsified documents to the court or Fun Time Traffic School, that it may be a felony and the completion of this course will not be accepted and my fees will not be refunded. I have reviewed the list of Fun Time Traffic School approved courts and understand that if I have received my citation from a court that does not have a formal agreement with Fun Time Traffic School and decide to continue, that the completion of this course may not be accepted and my fees will not be refunded. All returned checks will be subject to an additional $25.00 charge. In addition, Fun Time Traffic School may prevent you from completing your course and/or may notify the court to invalidate your certificate until payment in full has been made.

While the information contained in Fun Time School course has been compiled from sources believed to be reliable and correct, the publisher makes no warranty, expressed or implied, with respect to the use of any information, method, or process disclosed in this publication nor that such use may not infringe upon privately owned rights, and does not assume any liabilities or responsibilities, expressed or implied, with respect to the use of, or for damages resulting from, the use of any information, method, or process disclosed in the publication or the accuracy of the information contained herein.

Wait to pay until you are ready to commit to taking the course. Once you pay, there are no refunds. If you attempt to dispute or cancel the charge, we will pursue you for the amount you owe us. You agree that any dispute between us will be resolved in the Superior Courts of Orange County, California, which shall have jurisdiction, providing that the court selected shall have jurisdiction of the subject matter of the action and of the Parties. You agree that such courts shall have personal jurisdiction over you, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts. You will also be liable for the value of our administrative time billed at $85 per hour to collect the money you owe us. We reserve the right to report those who attempt to reverse the charges to the credit bureaus and courts.
